Six Sentence Sunday post #13
Rising Currents: Louisiana Moon
Setup:
Kris just went through a lot of shit—the hell house shaking like an earthquake, plaster falling in splats on the floor and shrunken heads. She is standing in the middle of the living room looking at a picture, she thinks is her suspect from 100 years before. Now she comes face to face with a witch.
Here are the six:
A reflection was caught in the glass of the photograph with the lightning strike. Kris felt her breath still in her chest. Snatching the picture off the wall, she wheeled around. She faced what she was sure was a witch.
Thunder crashed leaving and eerie silence in its wake. A high pitch keening filled the space between her and the crone.

I hope you enjoyed my six! I'd love to hear from you. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of you Sunday.
